I live in the area and chose this rental agency because I found a great rate on Travelocity. From booking, to pickup, to drop off, my experience was spectacular. It was like renting a car from a buddy. But, four weeks later, my card was charged $110. I called three times before I actually got someone at their corporate office. She explained the charge was a $75 cleaning fee plus a $35 administration fee. I can honestly say the possibility of a cleaning fee was so far from my mind because I figured it would only apply if I smoked in the car - not if my kids and dog rode in the back seat. Never had I ever been charged a cleaning fee - even after renting cars at the beach, but then I remembered I was dealing with local people who make their own rules. They do not act like the big companies such as Hertz or Budget or Enterprise, and while this can be good, it can be bad. So, read everything carefully and understand everything you are reading. Ask the tedious, annoying questions. There is nothing worse than saving a hundred bucks on a rental rate only to get hit a month later with a hidden $110 charge that you can now do nothing about.

We rented a car from this location in May as we flew into and out of Harrisburg. They provided great service for us. The vehicle we rented was spotless. We had no problems whatsoever and we would recommend this location to anyone.
Extremely efficient, super friendly and professional. Booked 2 mos in advance and got ridiculously affordable rates. Quickly shuttled to and from the airport!!! Young lady at the location was PHENOM.... Tierra (i am sorry, i think that is her name)
