Great service at the counter. Easy to get on my way quickly from the airport. New Camry with 5k miles. Clean car, well maintained. The gas was at 7/8 of a tank; not full. All else was good.
The rental process was quick and easy to rent the vehicle. The vehicle was everything that I needed for my trip. Upon return the staff was very friendly and made sure that I did not forget things in the vehicle. The final receipt was accurate.

I have been traveling through Harrisburg for almost two years now and National has always provided consistently great service. The staff is friendly and helpful and they are always prepared to provide prompt service. My experiences have been great and I look forward to continuing with National on future trips.
I am very disappointed with National. I have been using National car rental ever since my friend told how cost effective and easy it is to rent. I have booked National car's various times through Penn State. This time I wasn't informed that I need some sort of letter head to get my rental. I reached the airport in with my friend hoping to receive my rental. Instead I was told I won't be getting a car and if I need to I have to pay $150 dollars more because I am under 25 and it was late at night. I had booked my rental days before based on the discount I was receiving and I wasn't able to use that anymore. I am very disappointed with such service.
I am typically very satisfied with National. My experience at the Harrisburg airport exceeded what I have normally experienced. In the rush of daily activities, I forgot to reserve a car. When I arrived, the two agents were very nice and got me in a car. They were busy but they provided excellent customer service and saved my trip. Kudos !!!
