Would be a 4 or 5 because it is so convenient and roomy but every single time I fly through here the baggage takes way too long. I now go get my rental car keys first then come back for bag...and still wait.
They also need to change the two big green directional signs near the entrance. There is so much on each sign it gets confusing what lane to be in. How about a big sign that says TERMINAL?
One of the nicest small airports around. Too bad they don't have more flights out of this place. They need to fix the problem with people parking too long to pick up people arriving. They have a security guard who does nothing to stop people from parking and walking away from their vehicles, or the the SUV driver who stopped to pick someone up and then got out to have a smoke with them before driving off. No one could use that space while they were smoking away. There's five lanes in front of the terminal. Two for loading and unloading. People are not happy about that, they park in the other lanes. Security does NOTHING.
Flew out of and into this airport earlier this year, and it was a great experience all around. No problems, and found it very easy to navigate.
The airport is easy to navigate, mom n pop stores, and delicious food!
The TSA is NOT friendly; a few deliberately go out of their way to be nasty. Ruins your trip when they go over board with the authority. I know what is normal regulations, and what is absurd. By far the worst airport TSA out of all the hundreds of airports I've been through. - AIRLINE STAFF!
Flew out last December 2016 first time. Plan to do so again sometime this year. Was so much better than Philly. Parked at Cramer Parking which made it even better. Not much in the way of stores or food but still very convenient and pleasurable. I'll let you know how it fairs out this year.
